Frog Hollow Catering was established in 2006 to fulfil a growing need for high quality and local catering in Westbourne and the surrounding areas. Since then it has grown into one of the most respected catering companies in West Sussex and Hampshire, offering inspirational menus for parties and buffets, creating unique celebration cakes and providing an exceptional wedding package, which can include a bespoke wedding cake.
With a local focus, Frog Hollow Catering owner and chef Charlotte Briggs insists on sourcing only the finest and freshest ingredients. With over twenty years of catering experience, and many of those years spent working internationally, Charlotte is able to bring a rich and diverse culinary history to her business.
New for 2011 is the launch of Frog Hollow Catering’s Sweet Art creative food classes. The launch party in February was a huge success; the room was filled with cupcakes and very excited children (and adults). “This is like cupcake heaven!” one was heard to exclaim. The classes are run by experienced and professional CRB checked staff and are all led by Charlotte. Classes are booking up fast, so book now!
The Sweet Art creative food classes are held in Westbourne and offer a real treat for all ages. Little ones can spend a fun filled two hours decorating dream cakes, cookies and seasonal favourites, whilst older children enjoy learning as they create their Sweet Art goodies. They are encouraged to take their imaginations to the limit with their original creations, in an after school or weekend class. Grown-ups can join their little one’s at a ‘Mummy and Me’ class, or can enjoy a master class just for adults, decorating party cakes, or attending bespoke work-shops.
Sweet Art provides everything you need on the day, including drinks and snacks at break time. All the classes have an emphasis on fun, and are social and entertaining. The class size is kept to a maximum of ten students per group, or can be increased for party bookings.
Classes start at just £12 per child, and all children receive a free gift at the end of their first class, along with the Sweet Art treats they have made. Adult classes start at £25 and group rates are available for parties or functions.
